  49. personnel concerning such disclosure.

  52. American Bar Association's statement of policy regarding lawyers' 
  53. responses to auditors' requests for information.  The information 
  54. provided herein is as of the date of this letter.  I specifically 
  55. disclaim  any  undertaking to advise you of changes that  may  be 
  56. brought to my attention after this date.
